Remember that you can always extend the quote once the client has made the quote payment.
You will have to wait to receive an email with 100% confirmation of the payment, once received, the client will indicate the range of dates in which the work is required, you must stick to those dates, otherwise your are not complying with your quote.
Once the job is finished, you must go back to the accepted estimate and finish it. In order to proceed with the payment, you must attach a report and photos of the work carried out and after this step close the project and value the client
Once the client receives the completion of the work, the client must assess the service provided by the supplier, once this step is completed, the supplier will receive the payment between 7 to 15 working days.
GOODWINDS allows a margin of 3 days for the client to value the work, once the time is up GOODWINDS will issue the payment to the supplier automatically assuming that the job was completed correctly.
The client will receive a notification of each of the quotes received, the sooner he sends the quote, the sooner he will see his proposal.
Once the client pays the chosen budget, we will send him a confirmation email with the supplier's details so that he can contact the company directly and organize the work.
Yes, the client, once the supplier marks the work as finished, will include a written assessment and a score from 1 to 5, the average being shown in his supplier profile.
GOODWINDS will act as a mediator at all times in order to reach an understanding.
GOODWINDS is a platform that puts customers in contact with nautical suppliers, in order to generate work for said supplier, by which the supplier will be charged a 10% of the budget value for the services provided and for the generation of a new lead.
